[59:40] The new Provincial Court Family Rules came into effect in 2021. The new rules aim to help self-represented litigants with language and forms that are easier to understand. Many procedures have also been streamlined. This session explored the new forms. Karen also discussed some of the key changes, new procedural steps and dispute resolution requirements.
