Provincial Advocates Training Conference 2021

[1:46:20] Updates to temporary immigration public policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, the vulnerable worker open work permit program, and pathways to permanent residency for temporary foreign workers. The webinar also provides a brief overview of Employment Standards in BC with a discussion of promising practices for preparing complaints for temporary foreign workers.
