Legal Aid BC (LABC) has contracted Sentis Research, an independent research company, to administer the 2023 LABC Client Survey.
The Client Survey asks about clients’ experiences with LABC. It provides very important information about how LABC is doing, and helps LABC improve its services and resources.
The Client Survey is completely anonymous, confidential, and will not affect any participant’s legal aid application or agreement in any way. Please be assured that survey responses will only be reported in combination with the responses of others.
The survey will be open from March 27 to April 14, 2023. The results of this survey will be posted to LABC’s website after it has been completed. You can view results from the 2021 Client Satisfaction Survey.
