Legal Aid BC’s Accessibility Survey is out

We are excited to share an update about our work to make Legal Aid BC (LABC) more accessible for people with disabilities. We invite you, our clients, partners, and those who visited our locations or used our online resources, to share their experience and let us know if you experienced any barriers for people with disabilities to help us improve.

The goal is using the feedback to improve access to our service locations and information, particularly for people with disabilities or people supporting others with disabilities.

The survey is anonymous and can be taken online or in paper form (available at our Parents Legal Centres, Family Law Centres, or our Vancouver Regional Centre).

Those filling out the survey can choose to share their emails, so that they can enter a gift card draw. For more information, refer to the Survey Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for taking the time to help make LABC more accessible!

If filling in this survey form is not accessible for you, or you have any questions, please contact accessibility@legalaid.bc.ca.
