The Legal Aid BC (LABC) Vancouver Regional Centre, which includes an Intake office where you can apply for legal aid in person, is located at 510 Burrard Street (4th floor) in the Scotiabank building at the corner of Burrard Street and Pender Street. We’re in a 14-storey concrete and glass office building, accessed by low steps and ramps.
The main entrance is on Burrard Street with a backside entrance on Hornby Street. Both entrances have accessible automatic doors.
Our office is wheelchair accessible, and our washroom is wheelchair accessible and gender-inclusive.

SkyTrain
We’re located near the Burrard Station and the Expo Line. Leave the SkyTrain station from the Burrard Street exit, go north on Burrard Street towards Dunsmuir Street. Cross Dunsmuir Street and go north towards West Pender Street. Turn right on West Pender Street. The building is on your right at the corner of Burrard Street and West Pender Street.
Waterfront Station is also nearby. At this station, you can access SkyTrain’s Expo Line and Canada Line, SeaBus, and the West Coast Express. Leave Waterfront Station from the Cordova Street exit. Turn right and go west towards Howe Street. Turn left on Howe Street and go south for two blocks to West Pender Street. Turn right on West Pender Street and go one block west to Hornby Street. The building is on the corner of Hornby Street and West Pender Street.
Bus
Many bus routes, including 44 UBC, 2 Burrard Station, and 5 Robson, stop near 510 Burrard Street. You can use TransLink’s trip planning tool to find your best route.
Exit the bus at Burrard Street and West Pender Street. The building is on the corner of Burrard Street and West Pender Street.
There is no free parking, but the building has accessible underground pay parking. Access to the 510 Burrard parkade is on Hornby Street. Metered street parking along Burrard Street and other nearby streets might also be available.
When you enter the building, take the elevator to the 4th floor to access our office. There are four elevators with Braille buttons and auditory signals. Signage throughout the building can help you navigate.
Press number “4” on the digital elevator pad located outside the elevators. A security officer on the main level can help you if you have questions about the building or accessing the 4th floor. When you arrive on the 4th floor, the Intake office is located in office 425. When you leave the elevator, turn right to find the Intake office. Intake staff will help you, and there is a small waiting area with chairs if you need to wait.
Restrooms, equipped with automatic doors, are available on the 4th floor in LABC’s office space. If you require additional space for assistive devices, washrooms are also available on the 10th floor.
