Legal aid services are available over the phone throughout BC. Apply for legal aid by calling any location or by calling our Call Centre. See the map below for all phone numbers and locations.
In-person services are available at some locations around the province. Please call first to see if this is available. For the Vancouver office, Legal Aid BC encourages in-person services by appointment. Call Vancouver Intake at 604-408-2172 to make an appointment.
Parents Legal Centres are open for both phone and in-person services. Some of our community partners may also offer both options ― please call them to check first.
Legal aid locations also provide public legal education and information materials, and community referrals and resources. In some communities, you can get help from:
- legal navigators,
- community partners,
- Parents Legal Centres and Network locations,
- Aboriginal community legal workers, and
- other Aboriginal services.
To find a service near you, enter your address or postal code in the search box below, or click the Use my location button. If you want to find a specific type of service, click the box next to that service.
