Did you know that Access Pro Bono offers free online mediation for families living on low or modest incomes in BC? The program aims to facilitate early resolution of family law matters, while saving users money and freeing up BC’s court resources.
To qualify for the Virtual Family Mediation Program, both parties must be willing to mediate, and at least one party must meet the pro bono eligibility criteria. To apply for the program, email Access Pro Bono.
