Legal Aid BC is looking at ways to refocus our resources where they have the greatest impact, and, as part of this process, we have made the decision to retire MyLawBC. The Family Resolution Centre, MyLawBC’s online dispute resolution system, will stop accepting new cases on November 30, 2022. Users with cases in the system will continue to be supported and will have until February 28, 2023, to complete their cases.
Some of MyLawBC’s useful tools and resources will make their way to the Family Law in BC website. This will allow for better integration of our family law resources.
