We provide tariff lawyers with access to legal research memoranda from Legal Aid Ontario. The memos cover a range of topics over various areas of law and are regularly updated. They’re oriented to Ontario law, but they can be a useful addition to your research. We’ve recently updated our memo request form to make it easier to fill out and submit.
To request memos, log into the Lawyer Portal, and look under the Resources & News tab. Click on Legal Research Memoranda to find memo catalogues and the request form. If you have feedback on the new form or any questions, contact Lawyers.Resources@legalaid.bc.ca.
