We recently amended wording in the Administrative Appeals section of the Appeals and Judicial Reviews Tariff.
These amendments to the Appeals and Judicial Reviews Tariff (see page 9) recognize current coverage practices for administrative proceedings beyond prison law matters and clarify that coverage may also include health care law matters — an area that was previously unmentioned.
