The Department of Justice Canada invites family law professionals and parents to participate in its survey to gather views on possible changes to the Federal Child Support Guidelines.
Survey questions focus on two areas of the federal guidelines:
- Determining child support amounts in shared parenting time arrangements, and
- Compliance with income disclosure obligations.
The survey, which takes about 15 minutes to complete and closes September 25, 2024, does not address provincial guidelines.
