LABC clients can benefit from receiving free services from the Family Justice Services Division (FJSD) at various points through their family law journey.

You can refer clients to FJSD for assistance with a variety of matters, such as:

  • gathering supporting documents, such as financial disclosure materials
  • accessing Self-Help Resource Room resources (computers, printers, legal resources) and connecting clients with a range of community resources
  • accessing court forms
  • exploring options for out-of-court dispute resolution processes (including free mediation services provided by FJSD’s Family Justice Counsellors

Free family justice services can be accessed in person or virtually throughout the province at Family Justice Centres and Justice Access Centres. To find out more, clients can visit or call their nearest location or call 1-844-747-3963 (toll free).
