We’re pleased to invite lawyers, articling students, and current law students to an upcoming information session for those interested in joining Legal Aid BC’s dedicated team of lawyers who support access to justice across the province.
This free, open-house-style event will take place on Wednesday, March 18, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront, 1133 W. Hastings Street.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about legal aid work, including how to start taking on legal aid cases and the rewards and responsibilities of working as a Private Bar Lawyer.
The session will begin with a brief series of presentations and videos highlighting the areas of law we cover, followed by time to connect directly with our staff, ask questions, and engage in informal conversations.
Appetizers and refreshments will be provided, and guests are welcome to drop in at any time during the event.
