New offence – Aggravated Assault

Aggravated Assault has been added to LABC’s list of offences. Services provided in relation to this offence will be compensated at the Indictable rate.

Lawyers will be able to add this charge to their contract via the Lawyer Portal (existing add charge rules apply).
