Legal Aid BC is continuing to make improvements to the Lawyer Portal to enhance your user experience. We are listening to your feedback and using it to refine and make updates on the new portal.
Based on your feedback, we are making two key improvements in an update coming this weekend, Saturday, September 17, 2022. The invoice print view will be fixed, ensuring that invoices will be better formatted and reduced to 1-2 pages.
There will be more updates in the months ahead, including improvements to make the comment section of the authorization form more accessible and intuitive, ensuring the portal works effectively via Safari, and to enhance the system speed.
