A simplified and streamlined Criminal Case Management (CCM) Questionnaire is now available for counsel seeking a CCM budget.
CCM applies to all criminal cases where the preliminary hearing or trial is scheduled to last more than 20 half days, or if the case is complex and the general preparation time is anticipated to be more than 75 hours. You must arrange a CCM budget in advance by submitting a tariff item authorization request via the Lawyer Portal (choose “CCM- Budget request” from the tariff item list) and attaching a CCM Questionnaire. This questionnaire is available in the Lawyer Portal under Resources – Forms.
