Gladue report services are transitioning from LABC to the BC First Nations Justice Council on April 1, 2021.
As outlined in the March 15, 2021, Message to the Tariff Bar, the Gladue Services Department of the BC First Nations Justice Council (BCFNJC) will be responsible for the administration and management of the Gladue report program in BC beginning April 1.
LABC will accept requests for Gladue reports up to end of day on March 31. Approved reports can be billed and will be paid by LABC. Effective April 1, all requests should be directed to the BCFNJC.
