As communicated in the March 2025 Notice to Counsel #128 (PDF), we’ve revised LABC’s Criminal Tariff (PDF) and Disbursements Tariff (PDF) to include new tariff items, effective April 1, 2025.
We developed these tariff items based on proposals from, and in consultation with, the Association of Legal Aid Lawyers. The changes aim to simplify administration and better align compensation with your legal aid work.
