Supreme Court of BC returns to in-person chambers.
Effective August 15, 2022, the Supreme Court of BC will return to holding regular chambers in person, unless the court otherwise orders or directs. Parties must bring and respond to applications in accordance with the Supreme Court Civil Rules or the Supreme Court Family Rules, as applicable.
