Join Courthouse Libraries BC and Legal Aid BC for a free three-hour virtual workshop on the Provincial Court Family Rules. A judge and family law practitioners who frequently navigate the path required by the new Provincial Court Family Rules will join us on a panel. The panelists will start by reviewing the Rules and forms. They will then analyze an evolving fact scenario and relief sought to show how the Rules apply and which forms to use.
