These tariff changes include:

  • A 2% service date-based tariff rate increase effective April 1, 2021; and
  • Rate increases for meals and medical-legal experts as per the BC Public Service and Doctors of BC rate increases.

Links to the updated LABC Tariffs and the Notice to Counsel will be sent to you on April 1.
