In support of the Court Digital Transformation Strategy, the Court Services Branch (CSB) is exploring the production of AI-generated voice-to-text rough transcripts and is seeking your feedback.
These transcripts would be enhanced by overlaying the applicable court clerk log notes. This new service would be accessed by counsel via the Access to Court Materials application. Rough transcripts are not intended to replace official transcripts, be entered as evidence, or be contained within the court file. They would be available for counsel to purchase at a cost lower than an official court transcript.
