Legal Aid BC (LABC) recently hosted four successful Connect events in Campbell River on March 3 and Nanaimo on March 4-5. Local private bar lawyers, community partners, and representatives from a variety of organizations who support our clients on Vancouver Island attended the sessions.
Forty participants joined us in Campbell River to learn more about our services, take part in a wellness workshop focused on preventing burnout and promoting balance, and engage in table discussions. We were joined by about 45 additional participants at our events in Nanaimo.
